No Returns for Personal Reasons We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, "no longer needed," or incorrect size/color selection by the customer).
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as i nstructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1. No Returns for Personal Reasons We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, "no longer needed," or incorrect size/color selection by the customer).
2. Limited Exceptions Within 3 days of delivery, we only accept return or replacement requests for the following verified reasons:
Manufacturing Defects: Verified structural or production flaws (excluding natural characteristics).
Shipping Error: You received a different item than ordered. Requirement: The product’s original factory sealed packaging must remain UNOPENED.
Transit Damage: The product sustained physical damage during shipping.
Requirement: Customers must provide clear photos of the shipping box (with label), the damaged area of the packaging, and close-up photos of the damaged product. Damage must correspond to the impact marks on the outer packaging.
Right to Request Return: For any approved claim, we reserve the right to require the physical return of the item to our designated address before a replacement or Store Credit is issued.
3. Exclusions & Liability
Opened Sealed Packaging: Except for proven manufacturing defects, once the product’s original sealed packaging is opened, the item is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Identification of Damage: Claims will be professionally assessed to distinguish between "accidental transit damage" and "signs of manual breakage, cutting, tearing, or improper installation." Damage determined to be caused by non-logistical external forces will not be eligible for a refund.
Improper Storage: Deterioration caused by exposure to moisture or poor ventilation after delivery.
Late Reporting: Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
4. Natural Characteristics (Non-Defective) The following are inherent traits of natural bamboo and are NOT considered defects:
Natural color/grain variations and bamboo knots.
Pre-existing natural micro-fissures (hairline cracks).
Minor dimensional variations inherent to handmade organic products.
5. Refund Method Approved returns will be refunded via Digital Gift Card only.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
